A complete room and suite renovation was completed in 2007 as well as an addition of a Club Level. Essential Job Duties:
 This position will solely be responsible for tapping into new business in the city and feeder cities.   
 Ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting NEW business.  Develop NEW business and maximize revenue while building relationships to ensure long-term growth and success.
 Negotiate room blocks, room rates and hotel services.  Confirm in writing to client and all affected hotel department all group requirements.
 Entertain clients
 Proactively network and join committee participation in outside organizations to identify new business opportunities.
 Conduct site tours of the hotel
 Provide communication to Managers on client feedback, sales opportunities and revenue reports.
 Provide proactive guest service and timely follow up that meets or exceeds company standards.

Essential Job Requirements:
 4 year degree
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Presentation and proposal skills
 Computer literacy
 Strong desire and passion to sell and promote the hotel
 Pride in performance, success and achievement
 Team player
 Self starter and motivator
